Both. Alongside programming new questionnaires for different platforms, Questra can help lift and shift existing surveys. The assessment establishes the scope for your source files and destination.
What if my platform isn’t listed?
Choose “Another platform” in the form. We’ll discuss the available exports and destination requirements before recommending an approach. Support for a platform does not mean every custom feature transfers automatically.
Will our custom logic and quotas transfer?
These are part of the assessment. Platform-specific scripts, question types, quotas, and integrations may need adaptation. We’ll identify those requirements and agree on validation before a wider migration.
Does this include historical response data?
This offer focuses on survey definitions and behavior. If you also need response data, reports, or other assets moved, raise that with us so we can establish a separate scope.
